The well-proven Thiesen ERB has been further developed, and is now also able to be integrated into the new intelligent synchronization systems.
Due to continuous development of our Anti Collision Lights we now can offer an ACL in LED-Technology which allows a longer lifetime and less weight at same brilliancy compared to a conventional Xenon-Flash based ACL.
As a matter of course it is water and seawater resistant like all of our LED-Positionlights / ACLs. As well as the ACL, the ERBis is cast in a high-optic and scratch-resistant plastic module. The entire control element is integrated into the ERB module where the ERB's dimensions determine the required space – therefore no „Blackbox” is needed.
Our ERBis is worldwide the first ACL in LED-Technology which accords to the FAR23 regulations. Thus, the manufacturer of experimental aircraft have also a alternative to conventional Xenonen-Flash.
The light is prewired to allow easy connection to a 3-lead cable of minimum 1.5 mm² cross section. Flanges allow simple fixture. In addition, it can be affixed to the fuselage or rudders by means of a silicone adhesive. An instructions manual and the shrink tubing required for the assembly are included in the ERB package.
The integration of our well proven Intelligent Synchronization allowes a chronological sequence of power consumption for the connected anti collision lights and prevents battery and generator from becoming overloaded.
